What we collect

When you sign in with Apple or Google, we store your email address and display name to identify your account. We do not collect or store any other personal information from your device.

How we use your data

• Messages you analyse are sent to OpenAI for processing and are not stored on our servers after the response is delivered. Analysis history is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to your account for the History feature.
• Reply style examples you save are stored on our servers to personalise AI-generated replies.
• Subscription status is verified with Apple to manage your plan and credits.

AI processing

This app uses OpenAI's API to analyse messages and generate suggested replies. Messages you submit are processed by OpenAI subject to their API data usage policy. OpenAI does not use API inputs to train their models.

Data storage

Account data and reply style examples are stored in a secure PostgreSQL database hosted on Vercel/Neon. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest.

Third-party services

• OpenAI — AI text analysis (messages processed, not stored)
• Google AdMob— Ads shown to free-tier users only (subject to Google's privacy policy)
• Apple — Authentication and in-app purchase verification
• Google — Authentication (Google Sign-In)

Data retention

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app's Settings screen. Reply style examples and saved relationships are deleted immediately upon request.

Tracking

We do not track you across apps or websites. We do not sell your data. We do not use fingerprinting or any other cross-app tracking technology. The app declares NSPrivacyTracking: false.

Children

This app is not intended for users under 17. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
