1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Whats She On About ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Whats She On About is an AI-powered communication analysis tool that helps users understand text messages. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyse messages, suggest replies, and provide relationship communication guidance. All analysis is generated by AI and should be treated as guidance only — not professional advice.

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a valid Apple or Google account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen within the App.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• The App offers Free, Lite, and Premium subscription tiers with different credit allowances and features.
• Lite and Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through your Apple ID via the App Store.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, or via the Manage Subscription button in the App.
• Refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. Credits and Usage

Each subscription tier includes a monthly credit allowance. Credits are consumed when you use AI-powered features (message analysis, red flag detection, expert chat, reply refinement). Credits reset every 30 days from your subscription start date. Unused credits do not roll over.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App, other accounts, or the underlying systems
• Share, resell, or transfer your subscription to other users or accounts
• Submit content that is abusive, threatening, or harmful
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App or its AI systems

7. AI Disclaimer

The App uses OpenAI's language models to generate analysis and suggestions. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You acknowledge that:

• AI analysis is not a substitute for professional relationship counselling or advice
• You are solely responsible for how you act on any suggestions provided
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any AI-generated content

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Intellectual Property

The App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Whats She On About and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any messages you submit for analysis.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Whats She On About shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
